One of the questions that many have been asking in regards to Doom is just how long will the games main campaign last? Well developer id Software have recently claimed that Doom’s main campaign should take around 13+ hours to beat. This news has been revealed by the official Doom Twitter account when asked a question about the games overall length.
Although the campaign last around 13+ hours however the company does note that this may be affected by difficulty levels, with the company stating:
The difficulty level plays a factor, but folks playing at the office average 13+ hours in the campaign.
For Doom id Software is putting a huge emphasis on the campaign and ensuring length, however beyond the campaign there is still a lot more going for Doom that could tide fans over even more.
