Dragon Age: Inquisition- Truth to the Rumors?

On March 29th, we reported that a Bioware forum user had leaked some rumors about the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition.  Now, while some have yet to be fully explained, there were some interesting tidbits about the rumors that did have some truth to it.

According to ONLYSP.com, Creative Director –Mike Laidlaw– had this to say about the 40 plus endings:

@Josh_Rodeen @BioMarkDarrah Mark clarified it on the forums: hundreds of minor variants, 40 major variants, a few completely different ends.

Sadly, the Free Marches and Nevarra, previously rumored to be worlds that you could explore, will not be a part of Dragon Age: Inquisition.  Mike Laidlaw did say that the Free Marches and Nevarra will be heavily referenced.

There will also be a different interface for users familiar with a keyboard and mouse, and those that favor the feel of a controller.  That’d be me.  Class restricted skills will also make an appearance in Inquisition, with skills like lock pick assigned to a specific class, like rogues.

Mages will also have a roll maneuver, similar to the one done by warriors, but it will be tweaked slightly.  They’ll instead blink in and out of sight, but will not be teleporting, they’ll simply be moving faster.  Talent points will be necessary for upgrading skills instead of money.

I can’t wait for it to release!  I’m still waiting on some solid info on Morrigan and Flemeth.  Actually, wait, no I’m not.  I’d be tempted to spoil it for myself, and I’d rather experience the information in game.  That way, my wife and I can geek out together!  She loves Morrigan.  Fall needs to come sooner…

Dragon Age: Inquisition will see a release this fall on PS3, Xbox 360, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
