Microsoft has given a step forward with the announcement of the upcoming halo game for mobile devices and touch-based PCs. This morning, Microsoft and 343 Industries announced Halo: Spartan Assault. The game is a third-person shooter that resembles the halo wars camera angle and game-play.
Spartan Assault takes place between Halo 3 and Halo 4, where all the Spartan Ops missions take place. The game will have 25 single-player missions. In addition, gamers will be able to play against their friends via Leader-boards or participating in the weekly challenges. It will be available next month and for the low price of $6.99.
