Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 is recieving a psuedo free to play edition

Virtual soccer with the Pro Evolution and FIFA franchises are an acquired taste there are some which will play these games for hours, while there are others who just enjoy a casual relationship, these people don’t want to play every five minutes they want to only play on the rare occasion and Konami is looking out for you.

In something that I think is nothing more then a genius marketing tool Konami has revealed that they are preparing a free to play version of their latest Soccer game Pro Evolution Soccer 2016. This version won’t offer the complete experience offered by the retail release but will still offer a handful of modes which will include Exhibition games, Training and MyClub, the sacrifice is you will have access to seven teams. According to Konami MyClub will be completely functional, ad players will be able to play both on and offline. Which again this is a genius marketing tool for the rival soccer franchise.

Finally, if you’re looking to only play the free-to-play version of PES 2016, you can sleep soundly knowing that all future content and gameplay updates will be included in this version as well.

The free-to-play version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 will be available on December 8th, however it has only been revealed to be coming to the Playstation 3 and 4, no news has surfaced as of yet pertaining to any Xbox version.
