After months of rumors Sony and Naughty Dog have finally made the official reveal that 2013’s critically acclaimed The Last of Us will indeed be getting a sequel. During the Playstation Experience Sony’s Shawn Layden took the stage to offer one final announcement which from Sony could have been anything, but it turned out to be The Last of Us Part II.
Not much is given away about the game from the reveal trailer, the game obviously features an older Ellie who is playing the guitar, and Joel will also be returning. It is exciting to see The Last of Us Part II but it draws the question of whether it can live up to its much loved original game. You can check out the trailer below:
