P.T or Playable Teaser set the gaming universe alight when it was revealed at E3 2014, for years the horror franchise of gaming was vanishing and P.T was bringing it back. However sadly the game that P.T was intended for, Silent Hills was cancelled by Konami. This was a major blow for gamers as many, myself included, lost one of the more interesting games that was arriving in the future.

Of course where one flame is extinguished, another one grows and lights to fill its place and this is the case with P.T. A couple of days ago, Allison Road was revealed which is really the successor to P.T except not handled by a major developer. With Allison Road the develepers are seeking to provide the experience that we would have had with P.T and that is a big job but a noble one. For now for know Allison Road is in development for the PC, but that doesn’t mean consoles are out of the question as P.T was originally released on the Playstation 4 it would sadden many console owners to miss out on this game. During an interview with the games creator Christian Kesler he revealed things are all but hopeless for a console release on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One, he had this to say:

“I am currently talking to PlayStation and ID@Xbox, but as of right now I can’t confirm anything. It’s ongoing :)”

I think we can say without a doubt that the chance the game will arrive on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One is strong we just have to wait now to find out.
