World Premieres

Amplitude Studios shows its first trailer with gameplay for its upcoming game Humankind, where you play as a world leader, starting with a highly customizable avatar that changes throughout the game based on your choices.

The first trailer for No More Heroes 3 announces the game is coming in 2020 to the Nintendo Switch.

Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Remake gets a new trailer, focusing on the story of the game. The game releases worldwide on March 3, 2020.

Microsoft revealed the Xbox Series X, with a planned release for Holiday 2020.

Ninja Theory’s Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is the first game announced for the new Xbox Series X.

Gearbox and Counterplay announce Godfall, releasing Holiday 2020 for the PlayStation 5. It is a brand-new series that takes place in a fantasy universe full of mysterious knights and magic. It has third-person melee combat and can be played solo or co-op.

Square Enix announces Bravely Default II, releasing in 2020 for the Nintendo Switch.

Playerunknown announces a new title, called Prologue.

From Endnight is Sons of the Forest, a sequel to the survival horror game, The Forest.

A new single-player installment for League of Legends called Ruined King. It is in development for console and PC. It will be a story-driven, turn-based RPG that takes place after Burning Tides.

Ori: The Will of the Wisps is coming to Xbox One and Steam on March 11, 2020.

Wolfeye Studios announces their first game, Weird West, described as an “Action RPG Experience.”

Sucker Punch shows a new trailer for Ghost of Tsushima, a game set in Tsushima during feudal Japan. It is slated to release in Summer 2020.

Gears: Tactics is coming on April 28, 2020, for Steam and Xbox ONE, bringing 40+ hours of gameplay with a turn-based tactical RPG combat system.

From 24 Entertainment in China comes the brand-new Naraka Bladepoint, a multi-player melee combat game.

Telltale announces The Wolf Among Us 2. No release date or platforms have been currently announced.
