With the Batman Arkham series ready to hit its conclusion in this coming year with Arkham Knight it would be great to see the classic Arkham games Arkham Asylum (which I never played) and Arkham City (the one I loved) and this is exactly what is apparently what IGN Italy is suggesting. It is being suggested that both Arkham City and Arkham Asylum will be seeing a remaster for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One, as of the time of writing no confirmation has been provided by Warner Brothers so this is a rumor however if it ends up being true by years end we could end up seeing a dual release of the classic games.
There is nothing much else to be said on this but I do hope this will be true so that many of us will be able to get the full experience of the Arkham series (minus Arkham Origins of course). This rumor does come hot off the heels of the news of Batman Arkham Knight being delayed so it is hard to see if this is true, but I do feel it is realistic.
