E3 2014 All Press Conferences Times And Details

The biggest gaming convention is right around the corner, so you need to know all the details possible! That’s why I made this post, because I have your back. Here I will list all the conference times and all the details that we have right now. I will probably right a post like this 1 week before E3 with more information, and to just remind you. The E3 conferences will be hosted on June 9th while the Show Floor will be on June 10th – June 12th. YOu can watch the confrence live streams on Twitch, IGN, Spike or each individual conferences on their respected companies websites.

If you are not familiar with E3 then what have you been doing with tour life!? E3 is only the biggest gaming conference all year. E3 is held in June every year, and it is where majority of games are announced. There are 4 conferences each year, there is the Microsoft conference, the EA conference, the Ubisoft conference and the Sony conference. At these conferences they announced there newest games and show game-play/trailers of those games. They also show off new hardware sometimes there as well. Basically if one of those companies are working an a massive project, they show it off at E3. General public is not permitted into these conferences, the only people who go there are journalists, youtubers, reviewers etc. The times of these conferences always range some times it is shorter and most times it is longer but the average time is 90 minutes.

But dont worry, if you live in L.A and you want to play games early you can. As through June 10th – June 12 general public can come in onto the show floor where you play demoed games, most games are available to play there. But it is too late too back now unfortunately.

Microsoft will kick of E3 at: June 9th 9:30 am PST and June 10th 2.30 AM AEST.

Major Nelson recently wrote that the Microsoft conference will be called Xbox: Game On. . Microsoft is promising

“everything from in-depth looks at previously announced games to trailers for our unannounced games coming in 2014 and beyond.”

Nelson also said that he has plans for ‘fan centric events. We have no clue what he means by that, but expect something. Nelson later said that Microsoft has exceed their 90 minute time limit and they have to now inclue only the top planned events for the show.

Next up is EA, their times are: June 9th 12pm PST and June 10th 5 AM AEST

EA has given not much details at all. All we know is that there will be 6 games announced at their conference. 1 one those new games is running on the Frostbite Engine. and new gameplays from previously announced games. 6 new games, seriously!? that’s awesome and that’s good enough for me so far.

Ubisoft next with there conference at: June 9th 3 PM PST and June 10th 8 AM AEST

Again Ubisoft stays super-quiet about their conference, but we will defiantly be seeing Assassin’s Creed: Unity gameplay and some new game announcements. Just like every year. Even though there is no details I think Ubisoft’s conference will be great just like most years.

And finally Sony ends the night at: June 9th 6 PM PST and June 10th 11 am AEST

John Koller an executive at Sony stated

“there’s a huge and significant amount of games coming this year to the PlayStation 4. We’ll be showing a lot of those and it is going to be an exciting moment for many people. I can officially confirm that what is coming next is really spectacular … games like Destiny, which is the game from Bungie that is really going to be a show piece as to what makes the PlayStation 4 so special.

I think there is a lot to expect from Sony like Uncharted gameplay, and teasers for game like God of War and a release date and gameplay for The Order 1886. As well as new unannounced games. Sony recently bought a whole bunch of domain names, so we will probably see some of those this year.

Nintendo’s conference is held: June 10th 9 AM PST or June 11th or June 11th 2 AM AEST

You could call Nintendo’s a ‘bonus’ conference.

Nintendo will be holding a digital only smaller and shorter digita conference, to show off new gameplay for all there hyped up sequels like Mari Kart, and Super Smash. They will also be holding a competition during the show floor for Super Smash Bros. They are gathering the best players from the world and they will battle it out.

Now to round up all the dates:

Microsoft: June 9th 9:30 am PST and June 10th 2.30 AM AEST.

EA: June 9th 12pm PST and June 10th 5 AM AEST

Ubisoft:  June 9th 3 PM PST and June 10th 8 AM EAST
