A whole host of information has been revealed about Fallout 4 through Bethesda’s E3 presentation, among the revealed information came the reveal that Fallout 4 will feature a crafting system, the new crafting system will allow players to craft items by collecting materials from around the game world, as per the usual when it comes to crafting systems.
Bethesda showed off this new feature stating that you can destroy buildings and re-build them in real-time and in-game. You will also be able to construct and decorate as much as you like, they showcased terminals to tweak electrical functions and turrets to build your defenses. Bethesda reckons that being protected is a position you will want to be in as you will get your settlements attacked by raiders a lot.
Crafting will also allow you to make weapons some of which Bethesda showed off during the presentation, they have said there will be over 700 modifications for weapons. One such upgrade that they demonstrated was the transition of a standard baseball bat into a bladed aluminum baseball bat. Also showcased was the fact that you can upgrade the games iconic power armor much in the same way.
