Honkai Star Rail: How To Build Bailu

Bailu is a five-star character that you can obtain from the standard banner in Honkai Star Rail. Although she is not as good as Luocha, the dragon girl is still a solid healer to have on your team. For those who manage to get her, you should read our handy guide to find out the best build for Bailu!

Honkai Star Rail Best Bailu Build

Bailu is a five-star character who follows the Path of Abundance and has a Lightning element. Her kit revolves around healing her allies and buffing them with Invigoration, which acts as a pseudo-shield that protects them from damage.

Honkai Star Rail Bailu Skill

Like Natasha, the best Light Cone for Bailu is Huohuo’s signature Light Cone, Night of Fright. This item can increase her Energy Regeneration Rate and lets her heal an ally with the lowest HP whenever a party member unleashes their Ultimate. The healed ally will also receive an ATK buff, which lasts for two turns and can stack up to five times.

I recommend equipping the Messenger Traversing Hackerspace set on Bailu to increase her SPD by 6 percent. This artifact can also buff the team’s speed by 12 percent for one turn whenever she uses her Ultimate.

For Planar Ornaments,  the Fleet of the Ageless set is the best artifact for Bailu since this set can increase her maximum HP by 12 percent. This gear also has a secondary buff that boosts all allies’ ATK if Bailu’s SPD reaches 120 or higher.

You should prioritize upgrading Bailu’s Ultimate and Talent to maximize her healing potential. After that, you can also level up her Skill to increase the amount of your emergency healing. I don’t recommend upgrading her Basic Attack since she is not meant to be a damage dealer.

Bailu’s Eidolons are not necessary to make her a good unit, but you can try unlocking her E1, Ambrosial Aqua. This Eidolon lets regenerate eight extra Energy if the target ally’s current HP is equal to their Max HP when Invigoration ends. This passive skill is extremely useful when overhealing occurs, which happens often with Bailu on your team.

That’s the end of our guide on how to build Bailu. GameLuster has more HSR articles you may want to check out before leaving the website, such as the best build for Fire Trailblazer.
