The Departure Warp, aka the Beginner Warp, is only available for up to 50 Warps per player before it disappears permanently. With the Departure Warp, you are guaranteed a random 5-Star character within those 50 Warps. Plus, you’ll receive a 20% discount on the Star Rail Passes needed to warp, requiring only 8 instead of the usual 10 passes for 10 warps. Additionally, every 10 warps guarantee a random 4-Star or above object! The above-mentioned benefits are exclusive to the Departure Warp.

Regular Warp / Stellar Warp

The Regular Warp, also known as the Stellar Warp, is a permanent Warp with no set expiration date. It includes fixed sets of Characters and Light Cones in its pool while excluding Event Exclusive 5-star characters and Event Exclusive 4-star or 5-star Light Cones (equippable bonuses that boost a character’s stats.) This banner guarantees at least one 4-star or higher Character or Light Cone with every 10-warp set. Additionally, every 90 Warps, you are guaranteed to obtain at least one random 5-star Character or Light Cone.

Time-Limited Warps (Character Event Warp & Light Cone Warps)

The Limited-time Warp event highlights one promotional 5-star character and Light Cone in addition to four featured 4-star characters and Light Cones. To gain entry to this limited-time warp, players must utilize the Star Rail Special Pass. The game offers two limited-time warps – one prioritizing characters and the other featuring Light Cones.

When entering the Limited-time Warp, the chances of obtaining a 5-star character are 50/50 – indicating that there is an equivalent probability of receiving the featured 5-star character or one of the Standard characters. However, if you fail to receive the 5-star reward from a 50-50, it will be saved for future Limited-time Warps. This ensures that you will eventually acquire the featured 5-star reward!
