The newest update for Super Mario Maker has now officially gone live and can be downloaded to your Wii U. As revealed in the Nintendo Direct last week this new update provides new items and some new settings to the game, with it we will be receiving key’s and locked doors along with purple coin keys for additional puzzle solving elements. We will also be given a new danger in the form of the skewers from Super Mario World, beyond this the super expert difficulty setting will be added to the one hundred Mario challenge which is playable once you beat expert.
This update will require 361MB of memory on your system to download and with it will push your game up to version 1.4. I look forward to seeing what maniacal designs players will come up with in terms of new level designs as they seriously are becoming unlimited these days.
