Experimental horror game Paratopic is launching on Steam Sept. 6.
Originally an itch.io title developed by Arbitrary Metric, the game is now making its way to Steam with several updates. The new version of this game, titled Paratopic: Definitive Cut, features fixes based on community feedback, as well as some extra content that did not appear in the original version. Original owners on itch.io will also receive the same update, and a free Steam key.
Paratopic is a short game that has you take the role of three different characters, gameplay cutting to each one in little vignettes. It features retro 3-D graphics in a trippy world that oozes with style and mystery.
Paratopic: Definitive Cut releases Sept. 6 on Steam for $5.49 and will be free for previous owners. You can also take a look at our review on the original version here.
