The Resident Evil franchise has been going downhill for quite some time as the classic horror was removed in favor of a more action focused game. Because of this the spin off series Resident Evil Revelations was a breath of fresh air returning the franchise to horror based roots. The latest game in the Revelations series was originally released episodically across February and March, and is now available as a full product which you can get for the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC, however this is not all the available platforms as another is set to get added sometime in the near future.
Sony has announced that will be partnering with Capcom to help bring their survival horror game to the Playstation Vita as a digital release this summer. At the time of writing not much is known about the Vita release including specific features for the system or how the game will play, however it is good to see the game coming to at least one handheld.
