When NIS America announced that all First Print Copies of Rodea the Sky Soldier on Wii U would also feature a copy of the game for the Wii I basically assumed that the game would arrive as a separate disc, it made sense to believe this as it was only logical.
Today it was confirmed, in Japan Rodea came out as a separate disc between the Wii and Wii U versions of the game, but what other releases? NIS America has officially confirmed that the Wii version of Rodea the Sky Soldier will arrive on a separate disc in what I assume will be a separate box. Interestingly the Wii version of the game is how the games creator Yuji Naka envisioned the game.
If the game releases in a separate box for the Wii version I do have to wonder if they will use the same box art as the Wii U version for the Wii or go down the route of the Japanese boxart you can see above, I guess we will find out in the near future.
