Stardew Valley is Making its Way Over to Mobile Devices

It seems like Stardew Valley is coming to mobile platforms.

Developer Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone has announced that Stardew Valley is coming to mobile devices. The game will release on iOS on Oct. 24, and will come to Android at a later date. The mobile port of the title is being handled by London-based mobile developer The Secret Police. The mobile port of the farm-building simulator will cost gamers $7.99. There will be no in-app purchases.

The mobile version of Stardew Valley will be the full game, and “plays almost identically to all other versions” of the game, Barone posted in his blog post. The main difference will be a new UI, menu system, and controls built for touch-screen gameplay. This version of the game will include all of the single-player content from the 1.3 update, but will not support multiplayer. PC players will also be able to transfer their save data over to the iOS version through iTunes. However, mods will not be supported.

Stardew Valley will release on iOS devices on Oct. 24. It will come to Android devices at a later date. The title is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
