Super Mario Maker update removes the nine day unlocking system

Super Mario Maker is finally here and what a better way to treat perspective buyers then by removing one of the more annoying features to come from the game. The games first update brings general stability fixes but also a much needed change which makes it easier to unlock objects for creative mode.

Nintendo has opted to remove the nine day unlocking system for objects, however this is not gone entirely, instead of having to play five minutes over nine days people will now have to play in creative mode for around two hours and fifteen minutes. Objects will be unlocked every fifteen minutes and this will make the game even more accessible and more fun.
