8 Major Star Wars Characters We’d Like To See In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

As with any Star Wars film, series, or even game these days, there’s always a cameo from a familiar face to be expected. For most cases, it seems that Saw Gerrera is the one that fans catch a glimpse of every so often. Whether it’s in Andor, The Bad Batch, or even 2019’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, you can bet your bottom dollar that Saw was there to make the Empire pay.

But with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor releasing this April 28, who can players expect to see by the time the credits roll? Well, with much anticipation and eagerness to jump into the game, here’s a list of the 8 major Star Wars characters that we’d like to see in-game.

Ahsoka Tano

There’s really no doubt that seeing Ahsoka Tano at this point in the galaxy wouldn’t be such a far stretch. This game takes place way before the post-Empire era where she’s most prevalent, and only a few years before her big battle with Darth Vader during her stint in the Rebels series. It would be interesting to see her interact with Cere, a fellow force sensitive who lost connection to the Jedi order.

Captain Rex

In that same Clone Wars vein, it would be nice to see Captain Rex show up. We know that he was sort of in hiding, thanks to The Bad Batch, but it would be great to see him help Cal and company take down some clankers, since we know that Battle Droids are going to make an appearance in-game as well.

Saw Gerrera

It honestly wouldn’t be surprising to see Saw Gerrera make another appearance in a Jedi game, since he showed up on the Wookie homeworld of Kashyyyk in the first game. His Empire-foiling hijinks are always welcome, as he really is a true force to be reckoned with.

Emperor Palpatine

If Jedi: Fallen Order gave us an ending that included a Jason Vorhees-like Darth Vader, then Jedi: Survivor better give us an even more menacing Darth Sidious aka Emporer Palpatine. His dark presence would be pretty well-known by this point in the timeline, so it would only be a matter of time until Star Wars gave us yet another epic showdown between his might and a Jedi.

Young Moff Gideon

Though his time may have come to an end in The Mandalorian, his story has only just begun. It would be great to see the beginning of Moff Gideon’s story, and what better way to start telling it than from the moment he goes toe-to-toe with his first great nemesis, a Jedi. His want for power would draw him to chase such a specimen across the galaxy, so there’s no doubt that he would become obsessed with Cal’s force sensitivity.

The Bad Batch

Though this is one of the less probable cameos, it would be exciting to see the Bad Batch show up in a video game. The team has such great chemistry, and it would prove to be an entertaining dialogue exchange between them and Cal’s own band of misfits. This is more of a wildcard but one worth rooting for.

Reva (Third Sister)

At this point in Reva’s Inquisitor career, she would most likely be at the beginning of her master plan to take down Darth Vader. But how did she take her first steps, and who was there to aid or guide her? Could someone like Cal or Cere have been there to guide her or possibly be one of her initial targets as she was hatching her master plan?

The Grand Inquisitor

If there’s one thing that we can be sure of, it’s that the Grand Inquisitor was probably at his hungriest for Jedi blood at this point in the canon timeline. And with how many Inquisitors we’d seen in the last Jedi game, one can only assume, or at least hope that we get to go against the terrifying presence of the Grand Inquisitor himself. His fighting style is brutal, thanks to his spinning dual blade, and his glowing red eyes. He would be a boss battle for the ages.

Well, those are all of the major Star Wars characters that we’d love to see make an appearance in Star Wars Jed: Survivor. With the game releasing soon, it’s only a matter of time until we know whether or not any of these awesome characters make their way into the game.

Besides, we still need to find out who that mysterious survivor in the Bacta Tank is anyway. But now that you know who we’d like to see, what do you think? Are any of these viable candidates, or are we just hopeful dreamers?
