S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy Shown Off During Xbox Partner Preview

Despite accidentally being leaked online by Japanese outlets, the official trailer for S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy was just shown off at the Xbox Partner Preview March 2024. It was also revealed that the trilogy bundle was shadow dropped on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S.

For those that are unfamiliar with the series, S.T.A.L.K.E.R is a series of first person horror games set in an alternate universe version of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. As mentioned before, the series, despite its many bugs and glitches has developed quite the large fan following. Despite its devoted fan following, the series has been a PC exclusive since 2007 but with S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy dropping, it looks like the series is heading in a new direction.

The S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy will include the first three games of the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R trilogy, these being; Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat. The bundle will total for $39.99 on the Microsoft Store, however, you’ll also be able to pick up each game individually for $19.99. Both versions for Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S have been ported over to retain the original experience of the PC versions. However, Xbox Series X and S players will be able to enjoy a high fidelity version of the games.

It should be noted that the release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy is the perfect opportunity for players to become familiar with the S.T.A.L.K.E.R setting and story, especially with the release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2: Heart of Chernobyl being slated for a September 2024 release.
