Put down the Buster Sword and pick up the power washer, because PowerWash Simulator is heading for Midgar. We already had news that a Final Fantasy VII-themed Midgar Special Pack was in the works for PowerWash Simulator, but now we have all the details, including a release date. The Midgar Special Pack will be releasing March 2, and features five new jobs set in the dystopian corporate-ruled city of Midgar, given to the player by both members of the pro-planet Avalanche and anti-planet Shinra groups.
The five jobs can be broken down into three ‘vehicle’ levels and two area levels. The three vehicle levels include the Hardy Daytona and Shinra Hauler duo used by Cloud and the gang to escape Shinra Headquarters, the Scorpion Sentinel that guards Sector 1’s mako reactor, and the mighty Airbuster that ambushes the party as they leave Sector 5’s reactor. The two areas players will be cleaning are the interior of Seventh Heaven, Tifa’s bar that doubles as a meet-up spot for Avalanche members, and the Mako Energy Exhibit found in Shinra’s Headquarters on the 60th floor.
There are sure to be a lot of hard-to-reach places to clean in the Midgar Special Pack, but we’re looking forward to relaxing and cleaning in the world of Final Fantasy VII. The DLC will be completely free for those who already own the game on any platform, which is available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles, Nintendo Switch and Steam.
