Blizzard 30th Anniversary Celebration Pack Available Now

Gaming giant Blizzard turns 30 this year, and fans are hyped for exciting announcements possibly coming at BlizzCon 2021. The annual celebration of the company and its titles, which will be held fully online in 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, kicks off on Friday, February 19 and continues through the weekend.

However, fans who want to get a head start on the festivities can do so with the recently announced Celebration Collection Pack, a bundle of exclusive digital goods available only through the Blizzard Store. The pack will be for sale until September 15, 2021, and sales are limited to one pack per Blizzard account.

The Celebration Collection is available for purchase at three levels. “Necessities” costs $19.99 USD, “Heroic” is available for $39.99 USD, and the absolutely goodie-stuffed “Epic” pack will set purchasers back $59.99 USD.

All levels of the pack include five Overwatch loot boxes, ten card packs for Hearthstone, pets for Diablo III and World of Warcraft, exclusive 30th anniversary portraits and icons for Overwatch, Diablo III, StarCraft 2, and StarCraft Remastered, and a coupon usable at the Blizzard Gear store. The “Heroic” level adds a new legendary Overwatch skin, “Raynhardt,” which sees heavily armored tank Reinhardt dressing as StarCraft protagonist Jim Raynor, as well as a World of Warcraft mount and Diablo III wings. Finally, the “Epic” pack features everything from the lower two levels as well as thirty days of World of Warcraft game time, additional Hearthstone cards and Ovewatch loot boxes – this time in Golden! – and the upcoming Transmog Set for Diablo III.

Of course, as always, some restrictions do apply. The Diablo III items apply only to the PC version of the game, while the World of Warcraft loot cannot be redeemed in World of Warcraft Classic. Additionally, some items will not be officially added to their respective games until the end of the month.

This is only the beginning of Blizzard’s year-long anniversary celebration. What other exciting announcements are you hoping to hear? Let us know!
