Great news for Mario Kart and The Legend of Zelda fans! Recently, Nintendo announced there would be new content updates coming for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. We now know what part of that content is.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe received new DLC that is Breath of the Wild-themed. The best part? It’s free, and available now! The content consists of Link in his champion tunic from Breath of the Wild, along with the Master Cycle Zero, which was first seen in The Champion’s Ballard DLC in Breath of the Wild. There is also the iconic Paraglider and special tires included in the DLC.
But if you don’t have a Switch and still want to experience Mario Kart for yourself, don’t worry. The next Mario Kart game is set to launch on mobile platforms early next year. Check out the trailer below to see the new DLC for yourself:
