Diablo 4: How To Get & Upgrade Healing Potion

Sanctuary is no longer safe from the Eternal Conflict, and you will face countless monsters and demons during your adventure in Diablo 4. In order to survive the harrowing encounters, you must have an ample supply of Healing Potions to keep you from dying. Initially, you will only have four vials in total, but there’s a way to increase their number and potency. Without further ado, here’s how to get and increase your Healing Potion in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4 Healing Potion Guide

If you have used some Healing Potions, you can replenish your stock by picking one up as loot or visiting a healer. The first method will be your primary way to get more Healing Potions during battles or when exploring a dungeon.

Enemies and bosses will sometimes drop a vial after they’re defeated. However, you can also find some Healing Potions from treasure chests you find during your journey.

If you want to increase the efficacy of your Healing Potion, you must visit an alchemist in a major settlement. In Kyovashad, you can speak to Veroka, who will improve the concoction’s potency as long as you have the necessary materials and reach the minimum level.

Diablo 4 Upgrading Healing Potion

Initially, you will only have Weak Healing Potion, but you can upgrade it to become Tiny Healing Potion by bringing 8 Gallowvine and 250 Gold. Unfortunately, you can only get this upgrade once you’ve attained Level 10.

On the other hand, if you want to increase the maximum number of Healing Potions you can carry, you need to raise your Renown. You can consider it as Diablo 4’s completion percentage, with each region having its own Renown meter.

Diablo 4 Healing Region Progress

Here are the activities you can perform to get Renown points:

  • Discover an Altar of Lilith – 10 points.
  • Unlock a Waypoint – 20 points.
  • Complete a side quest – 20 points.
  • Uncover a new area – 5 points.
  • Clear a side dungeon – 30 points.
  • Destroy a stronghold – 100 points.
