Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing are reportedly heading to mobile devices

It looks like two more major Nintendo franchises will be headed to the mobile market, during Nintendo’s financial results briefing they revealed some key details including Zelda U and Nintendo NX and akin to many reports apparently mobile games were spoken, however these games work with the idea.

According to the Wall Street Journal’s Takashi Mochizuki who was in attendance Nintendo has Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing games in development for mobile devices.

We will have to wait for the translated presentation for official details but these franchises make sense. For the mobile industry Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem work with the genres that fit on the system, so there is potential plus the games will reportedly be free to start which will help.
