The rumors were true: Fortnite has come to the Nintendo Switch.

During the E3 Nintendo Direct presentation, it was announced that Fortnite is now available of the Switch. The game will be free to play, though, like on other platforms, it will only include the battle royale mode. Nintendo also stated on their website that they will keep up the weekly update schedule that the other versions of the game receive.

It was also announced that the Switch version of Epic Games’ shooter will feature cross-platform play with the PC, mobile, and Xbox One versions of the game.

Fortnite is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile.
