Genshin Impact Best Xiangling Build
Xiangling is a four-star polearm user who can deal a ridiculous amount of Pyro damage using her Elemental Burst. You can get her for free by completing Floor 3, Chamber 3 of the Spiral Abyss. There’s no need to obtain three stars, and you can get Xiangling by simply beating this stage.
- Weapon: Staff of the Scarlet Sands
- Alternative: Staff of Homa, Engulfing Lightning, The Catch
- Artifact Set: Emblem of Severed Fate
- Main Stats:
- Sands – ATK% or Elemental Mastery
- Goblet – Pyro Damage Bonus
- Circlet – CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG
- Secondary Stats: Energy Recharge, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, or ATK%
- Main Stats:
- Constellation: C4
- Talent Priority: Elemental Burst > Elemental Skill > Normal Attack
Technically, the best weapon for Xiangling is Staff of the Scarlet Sands or Engulfing Lightning. However, I personally recommend Staff of the Scarlet Sands because it can increase her CRIT Rate, while Engulfing Lightning can boost her Energy Recharge. The Staff of the Scarlet Sands can also increase her Elemental Mastery via the Dream of the Scarlet Sands effect.
For Relic, I suggest you equip the Emblem of Severed Fate set to increase Xiangling’s Energy Recharge. If you equip the full set, you can also boost her Elemental Burst DMG up to 75 percent.
I recommend unlocking Xiangling’s C4, Slowbake, if you get her copies from the banners. This Constellation can increase her Elemental Burst duration by 40 percent, which lets you deal more damage.
Since Xiangling will be your sub-DPS, you should first level her Elemental Burst to increase her off-field damage. Afterward, you can upgrade her Elemental Skill to get some extra DMG, but you should only level up her Normal Attack if you plan to use her as a main DPS.
