Shovel Knight is a Retro-Style indie game that was a surprise hit among players, and it’s about to get a whole lot bigger. The developer Yacht Club Games announced that they will be launching a free expansion for the game, named “Plague of Darkness”for FREE. The expansion allows gamers to control the games villain, Plague Knight.

The expansion is set to be released in September for free for all versions of the game.
