Pokemon has Gym Leaders, and Palworld has Tower Bosses. The first boss you must defeat is Zoe and Grizzbolt, who are the leaders of the infamous Rayne Syndicate. If you need help completing this challenge, this handy guide can give you some tips on how to defeat this tutorial boss.
Palworld Rayne Syndicate Tower Boss Guide
Before challenging Zoe and Grizzbolt, you should at least reach Level 15. However, I recommend facing her at Level 20 if you are playing solo since you must defeat her within 10 minutes.
The best weapon at this Level is the Crossbow, so you should craft this gear to deal extra damage to the boss. Don’t forget to use the best armor because Grizzbolt can hit pretty hard. Besides that, you want to stay as far away from the enemy and try to use the pillars as cover.
Since Grizzbolt is an Electric-type Pal, you want to use Ground-type units to face this creature. Here is the list of some Ground Pals you can bring to this battle:
- Gumoss
- Rushoar
- Fuddler
- Hangyu
- Dumud
I highly recommend adding Dumud to your team because this Pal has a Partner Skill that increases the attack power of Ground Pals. You can find an Alpha Boss Dumud southeast of the Ice Wind Island teleportation point, and it is at Level 14.
For extra damage, you can try finding a Pal with the Power of Gaia ability. This Passive Skill can raise the damage dealt by Earth-type attacks by 10 percent.
Defeating Zoe and Grizzbolt will grant you five Ancient Technology Points, which you can use to unlock special recipes on the Technology screen. You will also get transported to the top of the tower, where you can activate a Fast Travel point.
