According to Niantic’s Facebook Page, Pokemon Go is now available in the following 15 countries and regions:
- Brunei
- Cambodia
- Indonesia
- Laos
- Malaysia
- Philippines
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Taiwan
- Papua New Guinea
- Fiji
- Solomon Islands
- Federated States of Micronesia
- Palau
Additionally, according to the BBC, Pokemon Go will be banned in Iran because of unspecified “security concerns”. The decision came down from Iran’s High Council of Virtual Spaces, the government agency in charge of online filtering.
