Rage 2 will not feature any multiplayer options.
In an interview with Eurogamer, Rage 2 designer Magnus Nedfors opened up on the game being single-player only.
“We’re just focused on the best open-world single-player game that we can make,” Nedfors said. “I personally really believe you can make single-player games really fantastic, so that’s what we’re focused on.”
It was also revealed that the upcoming shooter will run at 60 fps on PC, PlayStation 4 Pro, and Xbox One X, but not on the base consoles.
Rage 2 releases in Spring 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
