Insomniac Games is set to redefine their Ratchet and Clank franchise next year, not only are they releasing a movie for the franchise they are also doing a complete retelling of the franchises origin story and I couldn’t be happier. I never found a liking for the original Ratchet and Clank back in the day and had hoped someday all the necessary improvements would be made, and now they have.
During Paris Games Week a new gameplay trailer was show off for Ratchet and Clank showing off more of its story, and some decent improvements to the general gameplay.
Ratchet and Clanks origin story retelling will bring with it new boss fights, new planets to explore, flight sequences and a whole lot more, this is looking to be shaping up nicely to the game that the franchise deserves.
