Resident Evil 4 Remake features numerous side quests that Leon can accept to gain some Spinels, which can be used to purchase valuable items, like Treasure Maps. The “Destroy the Blue Medallions 3” Request can be completed by shooting all six pendants scattered around the Castle Gate section. Since you will be under heavy attack when you enter this zone, it would be better to clear the area before starting your hunt. Once you have destroyed the Gate and eliminated all opponents, here are the locations you need to visit to find the Blue Medallions:
First Blue Medallion
The first Blue Medallion is located in the window of a broken building, and you may notice it when operating the cannon. Instead of using your guns, you can break the pendant by throwing a cannonball at it.
Second Blue Medallion
The second one can be found on the cannon platform. If you are done using the artillery, you only need to turn around, and you can find it hanging on an arched window.
Third Blue Medallion
The next Medallion hides in the room below, where the cannon was originally held. You will need to look up, and from there you should be able to see the pendant hanging on the ceiling.
Fourth Blue Medallion
After that, you must travel to the northwest area, where you can find a chest behind two breakable barrels. When standing in front of the treasure box, you can turn to your left and see the fourth Blue Medallion on the wall.
Fifth Blue Medallion
You don’t need to travel to another spot to find the next Medallion; you can simply look up from where the Fourth Medallion was found to discover another pendant. It hangs under a wooden scaffolding, and you can easily shoot it with a sniper rifle.
Sixth Blue Medallion
The last Medallion will require you to travel to the southern area. You will need to take the spiraling staircase and look past the wall. The sixth pendant will be tied to a branch of a dying tree.
