13AM Games is a name that Nintendo fans might be the most familiar with. They created the popular Runbow that originally graced the Wii U with its creative style. Now, they are ready to move on from Runbow and create a new adventure in their expanding game portfolio. The studio’s latest game is Double Cross, a 2D action-adventure platformer that is heavy on the charm and colorful settings, and it’s slated for the Nintendo Switch and Steam.
This game will have us play as Zahra, an agent of the organization RIFT (Regulators of Interdimensional Frontiers and Technology). Her job is to maintain peace between all dimensions, but an attack on RIFT Headquaters puts things in danger, sending Zarha on a new case to investigate across various dimensions. Armed with RIFT gear, she must set out to explore dangerous worlds and fight a myriad of deadly creatures to stop the latest threat. Zahra’s gear will also be upgradable to allow her to better explore worlds and deal with the varying challenges that will come her way.
