South Park: The Fractured But Whole delayed to 2017

2014’s South Park: The Stick of Truth blew fans away with its use of the franchise and making a game that did the source material justice, and because of this there are many expectations for the upcoming sequel The Fractured But Whole. While many were looking forward to playing the latest South Park game this December, this will no longer be the case, the developers have decided to delay the project in order to offer players the best experience, and “ensure that the game meets the high expectations of fans.”

Ubisoft announced the news in a post on the Ubisoft Blog which shared that “the development team wants to make sure the game experience meets the high expectations of fans and the additional time will help them achieve this goal.”

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is now expected to launch sometime in the first quarter of 2017, no official release date has been given although a new release date should be nailed down when the developers feel completely confident with the final product. There goes another game from 2016 pushed to the new year, how do you feel about this, were you looking forward to going back to South Park?
