When Wii games first arrived on the Wii U eShop we were treated to a much loved Wii game that if I am being honest felt out of place to release when they did, this was Super Mario Galaxy 2. With no sign of Super Mario Galaxy we were forced to wonder what on earth was going on, but hopes still held high that the severely better of the two games would one day arrive. In Japan Super Mario Galaxy has been available on the eShop for a while, so it was just a matter of time before the game arrived but when? Well, that question has been answered and it appears the game could end up arriving as early as the end of 2015, and this is all due to a rating on the ESRB. There is no way this means anything other then a Wii download release is inbound, we just need more details now to explain when exactly this is happening.
About Simon Smith
Hi, I am Simon Smith, I am an avid video game fan and love to talk about and discuss games, which is what brought me here. I have been writing about games since 2012, mostly I enjoy spending my time writing about the Nintendo Switch but I also enjoy the 3DS as well as the Playstation 4. These days I cover most things from news, to reviews (I always have something in the works) to random pointless opinion pieces.read more
