Three new characters have been announced for Super Neptunia RPG.
Compile Heart has updated their Japanese website (via Gematsu) for Super Neptunia RPG (formerly known as Brave Neptunia), revealing three new characters that will be featured in the upcoming JRPG. The three characters, who make up the Three Musketeers of Silkworm, are Kukei Tobihachi, Mai Kamimura, and Surara Izuda.
The first is Kukei, who is very passionate when it comes to game music. She has strong conviction and is a close associate of Firin, and she brings together the Silkworm.
Up next is Mai, who is the manager of the trial grounds for disrespectful people. She is feared by the people as the “Mad King” because of her elaborate, nearly impossible tasks. Mai clings to Neptune, and aims to one day teach her a lesson.
Finally, there is Surara. She is a dangerous girl who tinkers with machines and loves to experiment. She is fearless enough to call Mai “Maimai.” With her buddy Caramel Man, Surara stands before Neptune and company.
Super Neptunia RPG will release in Japan for the PlayStation 4 on September 27. The game will release on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in both North America and Europe sometime this fall.
