There’s An Out-Of-Bounds Bug In Nuketown 84’s Map

A glitch discovered within Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will take you to an otherwise inaccessible area of the latest Nuketown 84’ map

As seen below, a clip uploaded by YouTuber Grrae’s Guides demonstrates the glitch in action, and as it turns out, there are some rather useful in-game benefits to take note of.

The out-of-bounds spot is located on the outskirts of the map, in a small corner beyond a fence next to a cactus plant. Once you’ve hopped the fence, there are three seconds to evade the game’s timer as you enter a restricted area, or otherwise, you’ll die. It may be a case of practice makes perfect to beat the clock, but it’s nevertheless worth it in the end.

The spot becomes an ideal location to spawn-trap enemy opponents in Hardcore mode because, as the clip demonstrates, there’s a spawn point less than a hundred feet from the cactus plant. Best of all, nobody will suspect you’d be waiting from an out-of-bounds location.

This is a glitch that could go unnoticed by the developers for a while, but there’s no guarantee for how long. So there would be no harm in tracking down the particular section of the map and try it out for yourself in the meantime, as it could be the difference between victory and defeat.

The Nuketown DLC was announced just over a week ago by Activision as a thank you to everyone who had logged into Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War between the game’s launch and November 20. The DLC is currently available with all purchases of the game until December 4 at 2AM PT. Nuketown 84 debuted on November 24.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is out now and is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
