Respawn made a lot of mistakes in the first Titanfall game, but it appears with the sequel they will be fixing things and making a more cohesive and better built experience. A new trailer for Titanfall 2 puts the focus onto the single player campaign which this sequel actually includes, you can see what the single player offers below:
The description for this gameplay trailer tells us:
“Pilot and Titan unite as never before in Respawn Entertainment’s highly anticipated Titanfall 2. Featuring a crafted single-player campaign that explores the unique bond between man and machine, players will step on to The Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming a Pilot.
“Stranded behind IMC enemy lines, and against overwhelming odds, you must team up with a veteran Vanguard-class Titan and uphold a mission you were never meant to carry out.”
This trailer also revealed the release date for Titanfall 2, which is slated to release on October 28th of this year, surely this sequel will offer a lot more then the original game and might last a lot longer.
