Two Point Hospital Set For Console Release In February 2020

Sega has come forth with a trailer for the game that reveals the console version of Two Point Hospital is not that far off, with a planned release date of February 25, 2020. Earlier this year, Two Point Studios announced the hit hospital simulation, Two Point Hospital would be heading to modern consoles. At the time, the plan was to release in 2019 but was later moved to 2020 with another vague release window due to the studio wanting to make the game the “best it can possibly be.”

The console version of Two Point Hospital will offer the same enjoyable experience of the PC release along with two included expansions. Titled Bigfoot and Pebberley Island, these expansions will offer players more wacky situations and creating more silly scenarios to deal with. According to Sega, the game’s controls were rebuilt to ensure a smooth experience for players in whichever way they choose to play, whether on-the-go or on the couch. Regarding this console release, Sega shared the following:

Build your epic healthcare empire in the atypical world of Two Point County, by customising your hospitals, researching (119!) unusual illnesses, curing patients and training staff. At launch, Two Point Hospital on consoles comes with the first two critically acclaimed expansions ‘Bigfoot’ and ‘Pebberley Island’, which gives players a total of 21 regions to explore.

To ensure the best gameplay experience across all platforms, Two Point Studios have rebuilt the PC control scheme for console gaming which guarantees smooth play for both on the go and on the couch gaming.
