Mark, a budget considered father bought a refurbished Nintendo 3DS for his five-year-old son Braydon for Christmas. Apparently, GameStop sold the device for Mark without wiping the previous owner’s content. Therefore, when little Braydon was playing with his new gadget, he discovered the content that GameStop forgot to erase, and it was PORN!! As a father it is your responsibility to make sure the device is clean when you buy refurbished things don’t you think? Anyways, as a result, Gamestop sent a new 3DS for the child and a bunch of games. What do you think? Gamestop or father’s responsibility?
