First Look At Battlefield 6 Campaign Released, Multiplayer Reveal Next Week

As we reported earlier in the week, the first look at Battlefield 6‘s campaign is here, and it looks explosive. The reveal trailer was just released, and it gives us our first story details, along with a look at some game engine footage. Sadly, no actual gameplay is included in the trailer.

The campaign of Battlefield 6 tells the story of a clash between NATO and its allies against Pax Armata, the world’s leading private military company that is leaving behind destruction and violence wherever they are found. The trailer shows the in-game President of the United States speaking to the American people about the “unprovoked attack” of Pax Armata, and closes his remarks by telling violent mercenaries that “it’s over”.

Throughout the trailer we get some glimpses of destruction and fighter jets in New York, so this must be an attack close to home. We as the player will then be responsible for bringing Pax Armata and their reign of terror end.

The description on the YouTube trailer release promises “high-intensity infantry combat”, along with “aerial dogfights” and the ability to “demolish your environment for a strategic advantage”. That all sounds about right for Battlefield! No release date is given, but you can wishlist Battlefield 6 now.

If it’s the multiplayer you’re looking for, then you just need to wait a little longer! There will be a global multiplayer reveal featuring actual gameplay and details into how Battlefield 6 will work online on July 31. You can check at what time this will air in your region by heading to the YouTube livestream page and reading the time given in the countdown. We reported an open beta is coming, so be sure to check out the multiplayer reveal in case we get more specifics.
