The highly addictive card game Balatro took the world by storm – and it’s now available on Xbox Game Pass! Starting today as a surprise drop, all Xbox Game Pass players will be able to dive in to Balatro on their consoles, as well as other devices with Game Pass’ Play Anywhere system, so PC players can join in the fun too. That’s not all though, as we also got confirmation of Balatro‘s collaboration-filled latest update.
The Game Pass drop of Balatro also comes with the Friends of Jimbo Pack 4 DLC, a free update that adds new cosmetic collaborations with other famous video games. We’ve already had some of these from Balatro before, but this new update adds cosmetic cards from Assassin’s Creed, Bugsnax, Fallout, Rust, Slay the Princess and even Critical Role! Some of these collaborations span more than one card cosmetic; Dead by Daylight for example will showcase the Trapper, the Huntress and the Legion!
It’s great to see Balatro get expanded with new crossover cosmetics, and even better that the new content drop lines up so well with the release of the game on Game Pass. This is the fourth Friends of Jimbo pack added to Balatro, with the other three bringing in more iconic collaborations such as The Witcher, Cyberpunk, Dave the Diver and more.
