Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Announces Battle Pass Redesign Ahead Of Season 1

The way Call of Duty players will progress through their Battle Pass is changing with the release of Season 01 for Black Ops 6, and it looks simpler than ever. Instead of operating over a map of unlockable nodes like in Modern Warfare III, the new Battle Pass system will streamline the design and make it more similar to a Battle Pass system like Fortnite.

The new Black Ops 6 Battle Pass will consist of different pages with unlockable rewards, each costing one token. You can redeem your token on any items you like on the pages you’ve unlocked, and the more you unlock the more pages you will have available to scroll through. Completing a page grants a bonus reward, and completing all pages will grant completion bonus rewards, giving more Call of Duty points, operator skins and more to the hardcore completionists.

The new Battle Pass system can be seen in the trailer above, showcasing blink and you’ll miss it glances at new emotes, flashy gun blueprints, calling cards and more. The Season 1 Battle Pass will have over 100 rewards, and extra if you have the Blackcell bundle – which comes with an additional operator, skins and blueprints to unlock throughout the Battle Pass.

Will you be trying out the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Battle Pass when it drops on Nov. 14? Are you playing the game through Game Pass as it seems many players are, or did you buy the game full price?
