It’s a good day for Castlevania fans, as not only was the Castlevania Dominus Collection just announced, but the iconic Dracula is now available as a killer in Dead by Daylight‘s latest paid DLC! The legendary Count himself will be joined by vampire hunter Trevor Belmont as a survivor, each coming with three new perks to perfect your prowess as a killer or survivor in the Fog.
Dracula’s new perks will allow him to punish another player’s repair speed with ‘Wretched Fate’, reveal the aura of survivors around unopened chests as well as the ability to close them with ‘Human Greed’, as well as the ability to block totems and chests from being interacted with thanks to ‘Dominance’. On the other side of the game, Trevor Belmont can reveal the killer’s aura after the completion of any generator and extend other aura-reading abilities with the ‘Eyes of Belmont’, whilst stunning killers with pallets will upgrade and recharge items with ‘Exultation’, and opening two chests will give the survivor an automatic timed heal when injured thanks to ‘Moment of Glory’
If you can’t get enough of Castlevania in Dead by Daylight, new Castlevania cosmetics are available for the newly added characters, including a skin that turns Trevor Belmont into Dracula’s own son, Alucard. Additionally, a bunch of new Castlevania-themed Twitch Drops are available for those watching up to six hours of Dead by Daylight streams. These rewards include a casket charm perfect for Dracula for two hours watch time, a Dominus Anger in-game player badge from Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia at four hours watch time, and a clock tower banner taken straight from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for the max six hours watch time reward.
