Devil’s Third developer Valhalla Game Studios is being taken to court by Valhalla Motion Pictures

Devil’s Third developer Valhalla Game Studios is in a bit of trouble and will be facing a battle in court this coming Friday. The studio is being sued by film company Valhalla Motion Pictures who filed a law suit under trademark infringement clearly based on the similarities in logo design (see above) as well as name. We don’t anything will come of this lawsuit but I will be sure to mention something if anything big comes of this.
