Diablo 3 Server Troubles making devils out of everyone

The much-anticipated and very much awaited Diablo lll was released on Monday night and players have been treated to quite a few server troubles and Error 37s. Of course this is to be expected from such an influx of rabid fans, but it’s been happening every night since its release, and the fact that one must stay online at all times when playing Diablo lll is pissing people off.

The terrible slow down has even caused the game’s developers to issue an apology, “and we sincerely regret that your crusade to bring down the Lord of Terror was thwarted not by mobs of demons, but by mortal infrastructure.”

Players answered that apology with a 3.6 just two days ago on Metacritic. Currently however, the game has managed to do a wee bit better, scoring a perfect 4.0 with 1,174 positive reveiws and 1,987 negative ones. Just what are the critics saying? Well nothing nice of course:

Always online-DRM and then no capcity to handle all pre-orders and known retail and digital sales? Buying a product you can’t use. Last time I bought a Blizzard product or EA game. “

Exit Question: Will developers add a little somethin somethin to appease angry customers? This sorta thing is expected with online releases, but the troubles don’t seem to be slowing down so neither will the complaints.
