Lynette is a four-star sword user with Anemo Vision. You can get her for free by reaching Adventure Rank 25, and you can claim her from The Curtain Never Falls on Magic event page. She is also available on certain limited-event Wish, such as Lyney’s first banner.

The best weapon for Lynette is Freedom-Sworn, which has Elemental Mastery as its primary stat. This sword can also increase her DMG by 10 percent and buff allies’ ATK by 20 percent and their Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 16 percent via Sigils of Rebellion.
Like Sucrose, Viridescent Venerer also works great for Lynette. Besides buffing her Anemo DMG Bonus and her Swirl DMG, this artifact set can also decrease the enemies’ Elemental RES to the element infused in the Swirl.
Although Lynette is not bad at C0, you should try to get her C6 if possible. With the Watchful Eye ability active, when Lynette uses Enigmatic Feint’s Enigma Thrust, she will gain an Anemo Infusion and 20 percent Anemo DMG Bonus for 6 seconds.
When upgrading her Talents, you should prioritize her Elemental Burst since that’s how she unleashes most of her damage. Afterward, you can level up her Elemental Skill, but you should only upgrade her Normal Attack if you plan to use her as a main DPS.
