Robin’s kit revolves around buffing her allies with her Ultimate. Besides boosting their damage, she will also increase their speed so they’ll immediately take action when she sings.

If you don’t have enough Stellar Jades to get Robin’s signature, you can use But the Battle Isn’t Over Light Cone. The For Tomorrow’s Journey is another good option since you can get it for free by completing the Dreamjoy Memoir event. For 3-star Light Cone, I recommend using Meshing Cogs since it can give Robin extra Energy.
There’s no one great Relic set for Robin, so I suggest using a two-piece Musketeer of Wild Wheat and a two-piece Prisoner in Deep Confinement. These two Relics can boost Robin’s ATK, which increases her buff to her allies.
For Planar Ornaments, you can equip the Fleet of the Ageless set. Although you won’t gain as much ATK increase for Robin as when you use other sets, the Fleet of the Ageless can boost the whole team’s damage.
You should prioritize leveling Robin’s Ultimate since that’s how she buffs the team. After that, you can upgrade her Skill to get an extra DMG boost for your party. Talent and Basic Attacks should be your last priority when leveling up Robin’s Traces.
Robin’s E1, Land of Smiles, is the best stopping point if you don’t plan to get all her Eidolons. While Robin is singing, she will also provide all allies a 24 percent All-Type RES PEN buff, further increasing their damage.
