Tingyun is a support unit that follows the Path of Harmony and has a Lightning element. Unlike five-star characters, you can get her from both the limited-time banner and the standard banner.
Tingyun’s Skill can buff an ally by increasing their ATK and grants them the ability to deal Lightning damage once. Her Ultimate lets her regenerate 50 Energies for a single ally and increase their DMG by 50 percent for 2 turns.

This gear can increase her Energy Regeneration Rate and regenerate one Skill Point when she performs her Ultimate. Not only that, but the next ally who acts after she uses her Skill will also gain a 30 percent DMG buff that lasts one turn.
For Relic, you should equip the Messenger Traversing Hackerspace set, which you can get from the Alchemy Commission’s Cavern of Corrosion. Besides increasing her SPD, this equipment can also boost the team’s speed for one turn whenever she uses her Ultimate.
The Broken Keel Planar Ornament is the best set for Tingyun because it can increase her Effect RES, making her more sturdy against attacks. This gear can also boost her allies’ CRIT DMG if her Effect Res reaches 30 percent or higher.
